I want to take a minute to share my feelings about my service experience at Harley of Nassau. I think it's important to let the owners and managers know what type of people you have working there and dealing one on one with the public. After all, they are the image your business projects and therefore will create the reputation you will have.
Specifically I want to discuss the service department employees. Lou, Mike and Anthony the tech that worked on my bike. When I came in this morning I was greeted like a friend, As if I had been there a dozen or more times in the last month, even though this was my first visit to this dealership. Lou met with me and after a few introductory words, he handed me off to mike. Mike was great. In fact they were all great. No one talks down to you as if you have no knowledge about your ride. As an auto tech for 33 years, I hate being talked down to. That never happened. I met with Anthony the service tech and explained my problem. He said he'd give it his attention and that's what I got. They got me out in a very reasonable amount of time considering the work I had done. Mike met me at my bike and we had a few more words and I was off.
I took the time to write this, and I hope it gets to the proper person(s) in charge. I wouldn't hesitate to make a complaint if I was upset so I feel it's only right that I make a thank you for the great service. Thank you Lou, Mike and Anthony.

Would give ten stars. From the moment I walked in the door It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I knew the pre owned bike I wanted and Bobby my salesman was awesome. He worked hard to get me the bike at the payment I wanted. No hard sales pitches no pressure no problems. After the paperwork was done I was introduced to everyone. Parts, service and motor clothes reps. All were wonderful and knowledgeable and we had some great conversations. I felt like I was dealing with family and friends throughout the whole process. The bike was ready on the day we selected to pick it up it was detailed and looked like a brand new bike. I want to thank everyone for an awesome experience.

Such a great place with absolutely awesome people! We stopped in last week and everyone is so helpful and pleasant! We were shown a couple of bikes by Bob K who was so accommodating and really great to work with from start to finish. From the time we walked into the dealer until all was said and done Bob was right on top of everything and when he said he would call or take care of something he kept his word and made everything so easy and pleasant. They did a great job getting us back on the road. When we went to their shop, we were at about our halfway point in our road trip. We rode from KY...thru OH, WV,PA, NJ,NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA, DC, WV, then home to KY.
All were friendly and efficient. Our master tech, Kenny, fixed our primary problem, and found a problem with our rear brake...fixed us right up and sent us safely on our way! The entire service team's commitment to excellence is what kept us going. OUTSTANDING!!
